It actually a problem. I don't fit in anything.
Had to fly because I was far too large a target.
I did learn from my dad to avoid basketball/tennis and hit weights heavy --- avid powerlifter --- so as to keep my back and knees strong in old age.
Problems aside, I work in the oilfield and can make hot-headed tool pushers shut up just by standing up and looking at them.

I grew up in Indiana and was 6'4" at 13. Kind of hard to avoid basketball. And my left knee is reminded every day.

One of my co-workers (a software developer) is also a body builder. We would love to have him join us on our test flights, but at 270 lbs he is too heavy for the parachutes. The limit is 235. His is about 6' 3" and solid muscle. That poses another hazard. When you are that lean, you sink like a rock. Not good if the aircraft has to ditch.
