Mississippi has the most dishonest lawyers in the country. Individuals outside Mississippi haven't a clue on the amount of corruption the Mississippi lawyers are into.

Thats a pretty big claim! But, I have no reason to doubt you. I think I saw or read Mississippi has one of the most class action friendly jury pools and laws in the nation.

Langston and Farese are so close that I know several of their employees. The amount of crap they are into would make the average knowledgeable American's blood boil. They are all Democrats.

Mississippi state law doesn't provide for class actions. However, we do have some poor jury pools in several counties that tend to produce gigantic (and unsupportable) verdicts over and over again.
