What a load of crap. If soldiers just admitted to knowing certain acts were illegal and did them anyway then were they interviewed from the brig?
Since the Geneva Convention doesn't apply to prisoners in the WOT, the acts wouldn't be illegal. My question is, are these soldiers going on record?
