That was true when the power of the federal government was limited. That is no longer the case. That's funny! So I guess you have many examples of treaties that currently supersede the Constitution?

That's funny! So I guess you have many examples of treaties that currently supersede the Constitution? Because of the mandatory arbitration and decision making process without recourse to American courts you can also include WTO, UNESCO, and NAFTA.
