Aside from dropping leaflets, Israel has been making automated phone calls to Lebanese in areas which are targeted.
A humane thing to do, which allows the terrorists to escape, though without their goodies.
Personally I liked the stories of the Mossad's exploding cell phones better.

Idiocy. One needs to break the enemy's will to fight, not his ability to do so [where is a will, there is a way]. Dead terrorists [since they do not have a will to fight any longer] are thus more important than the destroyed houses/kassam depots.

Yet another example of what the critics of Israel are so misguided and lose the argument whenever it comes to "moral equivalence."
Compare this to the cowardly tactics of the enemy who intentionally target as many innocents as they can.
