Baloney. You are building strawmen. There is congressional oversight of how the money is spent. You are in way over your head with this. The HsD has spent 5.9 billion dollars this year on border security. It is going to be increased next year. The budgets are publicly available as well as what the money is spent on. That is a far cry from Simcox and Keys stalling around praying that this will blow over.

Homeland Security is not DoD.
They wont know how much is spent until the funding line for the deployment is at the end of the FY - 1 October.
NG is DoD, not Homeland Security.
