Someone earlier raised the possibility that he might be suffering from a brain tumor. That's a bit of very dark, black humor from the SNL of the 80s. If he truly is sick, I hope he gets well. Until he admits this rhetoric is insane, I will reserve the right to mock him for an (undocumented) tumor in the higher-reasoning sections of his brain.

Though I sympathize with a person suffering from mental illness, I don't believe it relieves him from responsibility for his behavior. IMO Paul Craig Roberts' writing deserves the contempt it engenders, whether he's insane or just plain evil.
