Makes me wonder if the militias training in the Minnesota wilderness don't have at least one point-that we need to know how to defend ourselves and our families and homes,because the gub'mint damn sure doesn't look like doing it,when they're too afraid of being non-PC to stop the Muzzies from destroying this country.Must be PC at all costs,including letting the Islamic pigs murder citizens at will!
Everyone should know the basics- how to shoot, drive, swim... basic first aid, foraging, and firestarting. There was a lot of loony fringe activity in some of the old Survivalist movement, but the original idea was well-intended.
Can anyone forget those images of Katrina survivors just sitting around waiting for somebody else to do something?
( And to be fair, I also saw a lot of footage of people of every race helping each other, too. Man has a lot- good and bad- in him. )
