The fact that Frist has not shown any leadership qualities, had the backbone or guts to stand up and show some strength when needed has been a tremendous disappointment to most members and has thrown the party into disarray.

There also seems to be a lack of 'give and take' among the Republican members too. It's turning into the party of "Give me 100% of what I want or I'll throw my support elsewhere", like little spoiled brats in a candy store who can't have everything they see.

What's needed is for the party to have a good jolt so we can once again mass together in the same direction, get back on the right road, gain more seats in 2006 and win again in 2008, and throw our full support behind the man who has the hardest job in the world, our President of the United States.
