In Firefox you go to Tools>Options>clear cookies

IE Tools>Internet options> delete cookies

It will log you off of FR and every other website you autolog onto when you do it so handle with care.

Or you can
right click 'start'
left click 'explore'
left click 'cookies'
and select by right clicking which 'cookies' you wish to delete.
