Actually, this was the result of a laminaria placed in the female's cervix, to dilate the cervix in prep for a partial birth murder the next day. The baby obviously made it out of the execution chamber (the female's body) alive and was then summarily set aside as an 'unwanted birth'. Thanks for explaining that. Do you know if this is a prosecutable offense? Do you believe that anyone will be prosecuted?

Law does not apply to leftist liberals' favorite rite ... in their minds, the bloody murder rite of empoweremnt must be protected at all costs. Liberals just don't understand when they are held accountable beofre the law so they believe with all their heart that the law must be ignored in their cases by their favored high priests of societal engineering, liberal extra-constitutional judges.

We are talking about "Manhattan South" here ... I would say NO, no crime just an unfortunate mistake by a subordinate who will get a letter in his/her personnel folder. /sarc
