At the press conference, the ME said death due to dehydration. Did his written report state "unknown"? The M.E. flip flopped.

There are two things they say. "Cause of Death" and "Manner of Death." He doesn't know how she ended up dead. If she got her neck sliced, it would be an aorta problem as cause of death. Who slit her throat is another matter.

The title of this thread is so true. I cannot support this man who told lie after lie to protect the status quo back in Pinellas Crony. Strike that. Pinellas County. (it gets confusing crony-county, what's the real difference here anyway?).

That would be a contributing factor. It is what put her in a vulnerable state, though it was not the direct cause of her death. She survived that injury, and would have continued to survive, if she hadn't been starved and dehydrated to death.

If you were beaten, and left to die, that beating would be the manner of death. But if you survived, and during your recovery someone came along and shot you dead, the shooting would be the manner of death.

If they cave and clear Greer, then the FEC should not be taken seriously on other matters. A man named Paul Timmerman is the complainant and if they disrespect him or discount the evidence upon which the probable cause hearing is based, Paul Timmerman will seek out the media, one way or the other.

I would hope he would do a live presser. I would hope that Timmerman burned plenty of copies of Greer's illegal tv spot to pass around.

No matter what the FEC says, it was in violation and the FEC can either join the liar's club or find probable cause.

Terri's isolation at Hospice for five years (illegal), the attempts to take her life, finally succeeding after torturing her were VILE. I don't think Jeb and Crist see eye to eye any more. Jeb won't endorse Gallagher though because he doesn't want to offend the Sembler dynasty. Their son is Crist's campaign mgr.

Jeb is close to Betty Sembler. The Semblers were at the Bush 43 inauguration. They are loaded and have donated oodles to Crist's campaign, way beyond the $500 limit. Nobody's investigated that.

I would think that the person who did the beating, would be an accessory. Those who planned and carried out the dehydration would still be guilty of murder, with or without a determination regarding the beating.
