It's reasonable to suspect he's already assumed room temperature. He may have already met his Maker. If so, he's got some serious 'splainin to do!

And he can't leave the country for surgery or publicly bring in other outside doctors or else it would be an indictment of the whole "wonderful" Cuban medical system.
