Russellville, Pope County - Channel seven news has learned late Monday night that Sports Director Paul Eells was killed in a two car accident on Interstate 40. He was returning home from Fayetteville after interviewing Coach Houston Nutt.

The accident happened at the 83 1/2 mile marker, near the Highway 7 overpass around 8 o'clock. The driver of the other vehicle, Billy J. Burton, of Dover, was also killed..

Paul has worked at KATV since 1978, and he is most beloved for his play-by-play of Razorback athletics. We are still learning more about the accident

That is the best fan forum for Hog information. Several news people post regularly on it. It also has a link to Press Row, a morning radio show 7 to 9 central time with Mike Irwin and Grant Hall. Good show with lots of information. The whole Hogville site is free but you must register in order to view the recruiting forum. It is really good and lots of information is posted there. By the way, where is here at? I am in NW Ark.
