Wow..filled it with disabled children. Israel should show no mercy and grant no quarter in this. Destroy them utterly...and any leader of any nation or organization who doesnt see the neccessity in this is a disgrace...that goes for our own leadership as well.
Of course, putting a rocket launcher on or near a building, and then placing disabled children in the building knowing they have a high probability of being killed would be a war crime and a crime against humanity.
