"TSB finishes initial probe into Air France crash"
ARTICLE SNIPPET: "TORONTO -- One year after Air France Flight 358 skidded off a runway at Toronto's Pearson International Airport, Transportation Safety Board investigators have finished their preliminary probe into what caused the crash.
Investigators examined whether the crash was caused by human error, mechanical failure or bad weather and have given a draft report of their conclusions to the safety board for review.
However the findings won't be made public just yet."
