We were ALWAYS winning IN country. We were usually losing in Congress and always losing on the network news. When Teddy and company pulled the funding the U.S. had to slink away and the S. VN had to pay the price. Dispicable!!!!!!

The Viet Nam war was lost in America not in Viet Nam.
