Ann Coulter offered more mean-spirited commentary in her latest Universal Press Syndicate column posted Wednesday night.
In a Q&A with herself, Coulter asked: "How would your career be different if you looked like [liberal Creators Syndicate columnist] Molly Ivins?" Coulter answered: "I'd be a lot uglier."
The conservative Universal columnist also called New York Times Executive Editor Bill Keller "(a) a complete moron or (b) a traitor," and said the "mainstream press is in economic trouble" because of "hysterical leftism that drove readers away."
Two other Coulter Q&As in her new column:
-- "Why is abortion sacrosanct to the left? Why have Democrats chosen this as their hill to die on? Why is evolution so important to liberals?" Her answer: "Because they basically want to depopulate the world of human beings, hence their love of abortion and their commitment to a belief system that does not distinguish men from lower beasts."
-- "Does Hillary Clinton have a good chance in 2008? What are her strengths and weaknesses?" Coulter's answer: "Good chance of what? Coming out of the closet? I'd say that's about even money. Her strength is her first name; her weakness is her last."
Coulter also said of UN Secretary General Kofi Annan: "Isn't he on the ground fighting with Hezbollah?" Of Joseph Wilson: "You mean Valerie Plame's clueless hubby? Whatever happened to that moron?" And of Katie Couric: "The affable Eva Braun of evening TV."

This woman, Debra Burlingame, makes more sense, calmly, clearly, and rationally, than I hear coming from ANY on our so-called "left".
She is quoted at the end as saying, "I would like to act as a reminder to people of where we should focus our energy: that is on the people who are trying to hurt us. We need to concentrate on defeating them, not on beating up on each other. I know that is what my brother, Chic, would be thinking."

Lisen geek, I read Ann's column every week, I just don't want to date her. Just because you come to these threads to pleasure yourself to the same tired photos of her doesn't mean everybody does.

I'm fully aware of what the Coulter woman said. It's been pasted all over the Net. If you wish, I'll cut and paste it here. I don't see the point however, as people won't bother to read it.

If you actually have read what she really said, and still have such an ill-tempered disposition about it, then I guess I won't bother you further.
That is why I read Ann weekly...
She is definitely the "Queen of Mean!"
and the right kinded meaness the libs deserve.
Remembering Jesus' style in dealing with people, when He saw Satan using them, He said it to their face: "Get behind me Satan!" He didn't say, "Well, I really don't want to hurt your feelings, Pete, but ya know, well, while I know your heart is good and that you're only trying to be nice, but you see, by doing it your way, there would be really bad consequences, and um...."
No, Jesus addressed the Enemy while addressing Peter: "Get behind Me!" He understood Satan's motives to keep him from the cross. We can see the liberal (Satanic)motives to keep the good news of Christ from the world.
There is no reason why Christians shouldn't address Satan when seen, which is what Ann and Conservatives do when they talk. They are NOT mean, but are speaking the truth.
If the guilty person in the spotlight doesn't want Satan using them as his mouthpiece, then THEY should repent.
Clinton is guilty of rape, and until Hillary stops covering it, they are tools of Satan, and it is NOT mean to point it out. It is mean to the woman he raped.
When Cindy Sheehan allows herself to be the mouthpiece of Satan, it is not mean to point it out.
When Satan inhabits an entire religion of Islam, it is not somehow un-Christlike to want all of Islam to renounce Satan and turn to the only true God. It is not prejudice, it is love, and obedience to God.
Ann and all Christians SHOULD shine the spotlight on the cockroach, and he will run, as Ann says. We are supposed to be spreading light. It is NOT "loving" on these major issues when we ignore that it is SATAN using these people, by their own will. How is it somehow Christlike to 'try to be nice' rather than to apply "Get behind me Satan!" to the various situations, when Jesus Himself didn't even do that?
Ann is doing the work we all should be doing. We learn truth from Scripture. We can get discernment and wisdom from Scripture too!
What is 'mean spirited' about what she said?! It's the truth.
