The only reasonable explanation for this behavior is that it is Editor & Publisher's editor's pathetic attempt to get Ann to pay attention to him.

I think it's similar to Munhausen by Proxy Syndrome only it's Coulter by Proxy Syndrome. Many at FR suffer from this syndrome. It's a pathetic attempt to bring attention to themselves by calling Ann mean and heartless.

It's rather better than the people here who defend everything she says and does. What she said about the 911 widows was more than mean and heartless. It was downright evil. And if you defend it, you are the one who is pathetic.
