I used to live in that break on 385, as I voted for Blackburn when I lived there in the past. Seems more Pubbies from Collierville and Cordova would come out.The few conservative bastions of the district are like my neighborhood. They are conservative places gerrymandered in so that they will be heavily outvoted by "the block."
