"Of course, if the President had done nothing, and decided on the "diplomacy" route, and something had happened, that was inexorably linked to Sadaam Hussein (someone that Dan Rather calls Mr. President more than the current US president), the Democrats would come out of their rocks, howling that the President was irresponsible in not dealing with a threat..."

The Democrats in a nutshell.

I'll be there to cast my vote. I do not know how in good faith I could not vote my conscious. I know that oil prices are dictated by supply and demand. I know that we could be drilling our own oil at these prices. I know who keeps us from drilling our oil and building our refineries. In good conscious, I am going to vote against those people.

I will in good conscious vote for those people who support drilling in Alaska, off our coast lines, under Ted Kennedy's compound. I am going to vote for those who will build refineries. Refineries in Nancy Peloser's back yard so she will never forget that we need them.

Right now my security is more important then a toll road. If we pull out of Iraq right now, terrorist camps will be built there the day we leave.

Here is how that will happen: After the Afghan/Russian war, the CIA was around. They told the Mujahideen that they would help them set up a Government. Some in the Mujahideen were for it and other were not. Those who were not turned into the Taliban. Also, several tribes stood up and civil war broke out. The CIA didn't want involved and they left Afghanistan.

I don't think pulling out is a good idea because I don't think I have to tell you what happened next.

Pulling out of Iraq is a National Security risk. Those who want to pull out are also a National Security risk.

#6. That could be adjusted to liberals ride the busses to the polls but will not be bussed out of town during hurricanes!
