Almighty God,
Who has given us this good land for our heritage; We humbly beseech Thee that we may always prove ourselves a people mindful of Thy favor and glad to do Thy will. Bless our land with honorable ministry, sound learning, and pure manners. Save us from violence, discord, and confusion, from pride and arrogance, and from every evil way. Defend our liberties, and fashion into one united people, the multitude brought hither out of many kindreds and tongues. Endow with Thy spirit of wisdom those whom in Thy name we entrust the authority of government, that there may be justice and peace at home, and that through obedience to Thy law, we may show forth Thy praise among the nations of the earth. In time of prosperity fill our hearts with thankfulness, and in the day of trouble, suffer not our trust in Thee to fail; all of which we ask through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.*

Give me liberty or give me something to aim at. - Do the Dhue

Give me liberty or I will get up and get it myself

do the dhue is a riddle for you:

Only evil will rejoice when God is removed from our public view. Only evil will rejoice when the unborn baby is murdered in the mother's womb. Only evil will rejoice when I can not use the 2nd Amendment to protect my family. Only evil will rejoice when America's military is not strong enough to protect herself from an outside threat. And only evil will rejoice when the people are dependent upon the Government from the cradle to the grave. This is why I don't vote for Demorats and why I vote Republican.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;

Only Congress has the power to establish a religion and they are restricted from doing so. God in the Pledge of Allegiance does not establish a religion. A prayer in school does not establish a religion, and a manger scene on public property does not establish a religion. People saying the Lord Jesus Christ's name does not establish a religion. Congress passing a law that says we all have to go to the Glory Bound Baptist Church every Sunday establishes a religion.

Now, Congress is also forbidden from prohibiting the free exercise thereof. Hence, the law of the land says you can not tell me that I can not put a manger scene or the Ten Commandments up. You can not tell me I can not pray. You can not tell me I can not say the Lord's name.

Socialist/Communist wish to remove God from public view so you and I will begin to forget about God. Why do they want you to forget about God? Well, I am an American. I pray to my God and we handle my problems. I do not pray to my Government. Once people have forgotten how to pray to their God for help, they will begin to pray to the Government for help. From the cradle to the grave.

It is imperative that we keep God in public view.

True Perception is everything.

perception: the war is going badly

True perception:

In the four years we have spent in the heart of the Middle East, we have lost 3,500 people.

True perception: In fours years of WWII, we lost 290,000 Troops. Again. we have been in Iraq for four years and we have lost 3,500 Troops.

I will not take away the outstanding job our troops have done in Iraq. I am proud of them all and they are doing a great service to the world.

Since this day, the US has not shot down an Iraqi aircraft, an Iraqi Tank, or a uniformed Iraqi Soldier. Since this day the leader of Iraq has not been in power. Since this day the war has been over and won by the US. And since this day, we have been trying to establish a new government in Iraq.

May God bless our Vietnam Vets:

And May God bless Israel

And may God bless those who are in the womb.

A monster lies in wait for me
A stew of wounds and misery
But fiercer still in life and limb
the me that lies in wait for him

Two things I won't forget:

and I wont forget this either

Or this:

My view on Gun Control:

My view on Socialized Health Care:

My view on the Clintons:

My view of the leaders of the demoratic Party:

and

My view of the demorats and the media:

How I see myself:

How I see my Party:

too many stinkin' RINOs on my turf.

a lot of Barking Moonbats out there too:

Moonbat (also "barking moonbat" and "moonbat crazy") is a term often used currently in U.S. politics as a political epithet referring to anyone that is liberal or on the left.

I was a Combat Engineer in the US Army during the Reagan area. The greatest Commander and Chief I ever seen:

Anyway, I was looking around youtube for Combat Engineer footage. I was looking for something to give these hard working folks a tribute with. Here are some videos that I like:

Army MOS 21B Combat Engineer

Good tribute to Combat Engineer Sgt. Smith.

this was cool too

It is not a job of glory. If you ask me, Combat Engineers are the hardest working Soldiers in the Army. May God Bless our Engineers in Iraq.
