I'm wondering about this pic here. The pants look dirty and bloodstained, which would make sense. But the kid's hair, T-shirt, and skin look pretty darn clean for somebody who was pulled out from under building rubble, especially when you compare it to other victim pics. I'm supposed to believe that this kid wouldn't have concrete dust in her hair and skin that has a shine like she's just out of the bathtub? If I'm wrong here, talk to me.

Carries her where? If it's into the ambulance, shouldn't he be facing the other way? And shouldn't Green Helmet Guy's dark shirt be at least a little messed up?

I think the bloodstained looking area is just a pattern. The man holding her is Green Helmet man. Somehow, he managed to get his helmet and orange vest off by the time he reached the ambulance, unlike in this photo.
