Does anybody know if this sort of thing is common? Note, 2 different photographers ans services with essentially the same photo:

An unexploded rocket propelled grenade shell and bullet casings are seen on the floor of an apartment that was raided by Israeli commandos in the village of Chabriha, just north of the port-city Tyre (Soure), August 5, 2006. REUTERS/Stringer (LEBANON)

A unexploded rocket propelled grenade launcher shell is seen on the floor of an apartment that was raided by Israeli commandos as bullet casings are seen on the ground in the village of Chabriha, just north of the port city of Tyre, southern Lebanon, Saturday, Aug.5, 2006. Israeli commandos attacked near the southern port city before dawn Saturday, and at least five people were killed including a Lebanese soldier in the clashes that followed, sources said. That's really bizarre - maybe the same source (kevin frayer) selling his photo unethically to both Reuters and AP, representing that it's exclusive to each.
