Evidently the photographer who took it wasn't satisfied with the damage done, because he fired up Photoshop (or some program like it) and decided to expand the reach of the smoke clouds.

What makes anyone think the so called original is really not also doctored with smoke and is just a prior version?

He also added buildings and did all sorts of cloning in that image.

Hey, we're just a bunch of bloggers sitting around in pajamas according to the Dem media........but we're good at finding the "fools gold" the media hands to the ordinary folks.

When will we get back to "reporting the news" in a truthful fashion and let the chips fall. If Rather had reported the "truth", he might have gone out intact.

Well supposedly the photog has been fired. But he was freelance, and you never really fire those people, you just don't buy their stuff.

I'm more concerned with what this indicates overall. No one is really talking about that. Firing the photog is merely attacking the SYMPTOM. The problem, at it's base, is that the American MSM is working ACTIVELY AGAINST the U.S., all to further the leftist agenda they support. That is the real story that is being proven here.

Reuters has a DUTY, morally and LEGALLY to vet the photos and/or news stories they are ***supplied*** with, yet they don't. They are working against America, causing more troops to be put in danger and it is CRIMINAL. Someone at the top of that food chain needs to fired, not just the doer of the mullah's desires (the photographer).
