We were in Lake Charles this past Saturday, visiting family and shopping for school clothes. I was looking at the label inside some clothing at J.C. Penney. To my surprise this was on the made in:
Mexico
United States
Ca
Anyone else see these lables?

Truckers at inspection stations are now getting stickers that show their inspections are valid for US, CA and MX, so no, not a surprise.

If J.C. Penney has clothing items made in the USA, they will probably chalk it up to mistakes in management.
