A member of the American Communist Party was in the back pocket of the USSR, willingly and knowingly. Late 1940s and early 1950s means she was a dedicated Stalinist.

Off to hell she goes. Perhaps the LA Times reporter is itching to follow her. More likely they are just a willing dupe who thinks it was merely chic to support the murders of millions of people.

Disgraceful either way.
