Well, well, well. Berkely going to have to contract out that little service to some minority owned rip rap skanks. Now why didn't they allow bidding on that sweet little contract. They charge $7.80 a foot/month for a 39 foot boat, so thats $3650 more or less in revenue they have been forgoing to get the rip rap. I hope it costs them 10 times as much, once the affirmative action contractors show up.
Wrongo. It's chunks that weigh over a ton used in a breakwater for the marina. The rock locks together and dissipates wave energy between the chunks. Big rock like that is expensive too.
