Have you ever heard of the "Basij"? If not, read up on your Iranian history. These people who are NOT concerned with success or victory. For them, martyrdom is a win-win situation, and they are not afraid of huge numbers of casualties. In fact, they are familiar with it.
Ahmadinejad's "mini-war" is an attempt to draw the entire middle east into a battle against Israel, while deflecting attention away from them concerning nuclear technology. I assure you he is not "stalling". He is either waiting for a sign from Mohammed, or he believes he has already received it and is waiting for the right time, possibly August 22nd??

All--I would love to see some serious discussion of this question by the better experts hereon.
My humble laymen's guesstimates are coming up mostly dry and empty.
Unless . . . . it has more or less totally to do with the scheduling of the WW III 'festivities' keyed to the bringing in of the global government by carefully orchestrated and carefully step-wise racheted up fear from global mayhem and destruction at one of limited major windows of carefully created opportunity. Would sure like to be wrong about that.
