Your apology was not necessary. When the DUfus crowd discovers the Green Party...

Oh heck, what's one more ping list when I'm already on too many. LOL Please add me to the PJ-Comix ping list. franksolich, I blame you for this! ;o)

I assure you, madam, that when joining P-J Comix's DUmmie FUnnies ping list, you're joining the very best.

I'm never sure why some object to "too many" ping lists; I'm on lots and lots of them, and it's easy to disregard them if one is cluttered--I'm even on the Kansas City Royals ping list, and one can imagine how long that list is.

Again, another season, no World Series for the Royals.....

Get about 10 more Rats to divide their vote then mount a write in campaign for FR's favorite CT native daughter. She considered a run against Chris Shays in the past, but the CT (L) party exists only to promote drug legalization and so wouldn't take her as a candidate. Can you imagine the reaction of the DU types if they divided the state enough to let her win?!

This seems to help Lieberman, does it not?

Since he looks like the only adult in the bunch, yes.

Actually, Franks lost his House re-election bid in '96 to Jim Maloney.

Could be. In a four-way race you never know. But I doubt he's got time to really get in. I think the GOP is pretty much stuck with Schlesinger in this case.

Hey! Rich single conservative babe addicted to reading the New York Times and appearing on talk shows. I could live with that. I just don't think she could. Besides, isn't she living in Palm Beach with Rush now? That whole "no state income tax" thingy? Texas has no state income tax either, btw, Ann.

The GOP candidate may be an empty suit with some tarnish, but I wouldn't vote for LIEberman with a gun to my head.

O.K. So now, why doesn't a solid Conservative get signatures (if it's not too late) and get on the ballot?

It probably will be all it takes to win this race.

I don't know anything about Cn nor have I heard that the GOP guy wants to or could get out. This is a reminder to the GOP that they need to field the best candidate they can in every Senate race each election cycle.

It is too late. COB 8/9 was the filing deadline except if you're Lautenberg.
