The University of Detroit - Mercy is actually a catholic school, not that they would exclude Muslims. Wayne State University is just north of the very center of downtown Detroit.

Wayne State it is. They had so many card carrying members of the CPUSA on faculty that everyone was surprised that they didn't demand it be renamed Carl Marx U!
