this reminds me of a return flight from germany about 8 years
ago. after a delayed take off and the long trans atlantic
trek, we were delayed at detroit metro for over an hour. it
seemed like an eternity, with my nicotine starving hubby.
those poor flight attendants fell victims to his outrage. seems
it was due to a bottle neck at customs caused by an overflow
of flights arriving from japan, i believe. ugh!

So why is a person who causes a major public disturbance (at great expense to others) not named? Would we learn something from the name that is not in the article? Good point, but I'm speechless that they let him go and didn't charge him with anything!!!!! Guess Customs at Detroit Metropolitan Airport is so crappy it's a terrorits magnet.
