Actually, she did it a number of times, there were several people standing around watching.

The SS was alerted by thermal imaging cameras that cover the entire block. Because there were multiple "hot spots" in the same area, it was assumed that there was the possibility of an IED on the sidewalk.

A "Harley Davidson" Classic Zippo lighter was recovered at the scene.
