Why not?

There are laws on how businesses and charities and everything in between are to be run. He hasn't followed any of them. Neither has he done ANYTHING whatsoever, to keep illegals out of this country. Achiving the original goal, falls into the category of NO RESULTS in your mind? One of us is missing something here.
