The last SWAA trip my ailing 81-year old father made to California (the year before he died last November), he was asked to take off his shoes and was searched. He could hardly walk, was trembling and being helped by my mother. He barely understood and had to have help taking off his shoes because he couldn't bend down. I'm sure he looked like a major terror threat. What a joke!
