Not only that, but a couple of nice generous cups can help you get up in the morning!

I remember when Clinton first took office. One of the very first things I remember him saying he wanted to do was to regulate caffeine as a drug. I knew at that moment he was going to be a worthless President.

Who's got the Simpson "ha ha" graphic? There are a lot of dead health nuts in my past who disrespected my coffee. All right they can't read the thread, but it would make my vindication sweeter. Pass the joe...here's to you, kids. HA HA!!

Coffee in the morning and red wine in the evening.
At this rate who knows what other previously knocked food might go back on the healthy list!

If you want to drink coffee for maximum health benefit drink it hot, black, no sugar and drink it alone. Drink it outside of meals. You cannot manage this all the time but if done much as possible you'll get benefits. At minimum- always drink it hot & black

I drink quite a bit of coffee, although I've cut back considerably. I had 12+ cups a day for a while. I would not recommend that to anyone. I'm down to a more sedate 6 cups or so. Some days none.

That's good to know. I'm a coffee drinker, and I will admit, that I love it. I used to drink a pot a day, but I've cut back to 3 - 4 cups a day.
