I've often had the suspicion (really don't know where it comes from) that Will's baseball obsession is 100% faked. He has no interest in the game and never even watches it, but this "obsession" is put on to give him a regular guy, hot dog eating, beer drinking type image. Maybe my suspicion comes from the fact that I simply cannot picture him tearing his hair out, screaming at the tv, "You call that a strike!!!!!!!!!!!??????????? You stupid mother*&#%^$, idiot!!" Also, it separates him from EVERY other pundit in the world. Just try to find a Will interview that does NOT start out with somebody asking him baseball questions. No other pundit that I've ever seen gets any personal type/hobby type questions asked.
I share your suspicion. And we also know that Will likes to make lies up, just to do it.
