I'm in a wheelchair, and can assure you I get searched like 99% of you would never dream of!
I'm not offended. I'm relieved.
Relieved that the people in charge of protecting me are doing their best to protect me.
Just out of curious, have you ever been searched by a TSA Officer with rubber gloves? Because I have.
So forgive me if I don't get all teary eyed if someone else gets the same treatment.
