I just heard about the laptop issue yesterday. My laptop is a Dell, so if I spontaneously combust I may not be around for awhile :(
My mother-in-law (who is a worrywart by nature) sent me an article about the cell phone battery thing. I told her the one on my new phone never even gets hot to the touch, like my old one did.
