It's called collateral damage and it has happened in every war fought in history. Sh*t happens. Just try to stay out of the way.
I concur. The responsibility for the unwanted deaths is solely on the shoulders of the Hezbos and those who support them. They don't care about the civilians anyway. When the IDF drops leaflets telling you to leave, you may want to consider doing so. I realize that the Hezbos forced some to stay but plenty of others did of their own accord. This leaves them in the terrorists' camp. Sorry.
