The British government could face claims it violated international humanitarian laws by allowing US arms flights to Israel to use UK airports.
The Islamic Human Rights Commission (IHRC) is seeking permission to contest government bodies over what it says are crimes against the Geneva Convention.
A number of US planes said to be carrying bombs to Israel refuelled in the UK during the Lebanon conflict.
The IHRC said it received complaints from Britons with families in Lebanon.
The commission is accusing the government of "grave and serious violations" of international humanitarian law.
It is seeking permission to bring its case against the Civil Aviation Authority, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Defence Secretary Des Brown in the High Court.
The IHRC said it is bringing the case after receiving "many complaints ... from British citizens whose family members are in Lebanon and facing grave danger as well as acts of terror".
The US aircraft believed to have refuelled in the UK are said to have been carrying supplies including "bunker buster bombs".
Cry me a f****k river, you leftist wusses.
What "Laws" are these? Utterly absurd nonsense from the usual Surrender Now Monkeys
The British government could face claims it violated international humanitarian laws
Isn't this an oxymoron?
"Islamic Human Rights"? Isn't that a contradiction in terms?
If the UK wants to allow the US to do it, then there is no breach. 'international law' is not a suicide pact =o)
Did these people complain when we shipped a pile of AIM-9 missiles to the Brits during the Falklands War?
What human rights do they defend?
BBC will play this up with commentators taking it seriously, etc.
BBC = self-loathing neomarxists longing for dhimmitude
They should be lodging a protest against Hezzbollah for the Israeli Arabs killed by unguided rockets shot into civilian population centers.
Once again the Islamic propagandists play the media like fiddle.
Huh?

Iran and Syria are working to replenish weaponry and funding for Hezbollah militants in Lebanon, a London Arabic newspaper reported Monday. A spokesman for the Iranian foreign ministry, Hamid Rada Asafi, confirmed Sunday "the government is learning the need for aid and ways to transfer it to Lebanon." Ynetnews also quoted sources from the office of spiritual leader Ali Khamenei, who reportedly ordered the Iranian government..
