Diplomacy and pressure are often done behind closed doors, to save face for parties, to keep one's cards close, to not inform adversaries what movements we are making, etc.
I suggest patience. You are letting the MSM stampede you into an emotional reaction, and they are doing that because they are afraid she will run for president against Hillary. And some of the Republicans (Newt especially) are criticizing her because they don't want her in the primaries.

Well said Miss Marple and I think well can tell by her body language she is often not happy with decisions at the UN but political and international diplomacy detacts she can say nothing publically.
