Why does a mayor (ANY mayor) have "immigration policies" ???
Why? Because he's a pandering bassmole looking for campaign contributions and votes.
Even though as Mayor, Rudy had no mandate or legislative role in such metters, he aggressively pushed for more and more abortion with the gov't picking up the tab---gay right and privileges---and gun grabbing.
