I think you are right.
Giuliani is "playing the role" as they say. Now he's hawking contributions for the Republican National COmmittee to show everybody he isn't the liberal left-wing eastern New City type who has supported Dems in the past.
It wouldn't surprise me in the least if he has salted conservative conversation groups on the net like this one with his operatives. He a VERY SLICK politician and great public actor.
Right now, Rice, Tancredo, Gingrich, Allen are the only ones looking good. Perhaps someothers will appear before the presidential primaries.
But Giuliani or McCain - PLEASE NO!!!
