"Homosexuals will be able to marry in church if the Swedish government follows the suggestion of a report due to be presented next year.
The report will suggest ditching the civil partnership law and allowing church weddings for gay people, according to Swedish public service broadcaster SVT.
One in ten priests in the Church of Sweden has signed a protest against allowing homosexuals to marry in church. Many others in the former state church have said they are in favour."

Wonder what would happen if the Swedish government took this a step further and REQUIRED all religious institutions to allow gay marriage -- including the Muslims. Oh I'd love to see that!
We all know what would happen then.
If I were a priest in Sweden forced to do such a thing, I'd read the story of Lot while they were standing at the altar.
Another example showing James Madison had it so right.
Why in the world would we care what the church of sweden thinks? They are surely worshipers of themselves, so they will get their just rewards...
