Go to http://www.af.mil/art/index.asp?galleryID=925 to get the Voting Mini-Poster. This poster is 10x7.5 inches @ 300 ppi and was created by Steve Ingram of the Air Force News Agency. This poster is available up to 24x18 inches @ 300ppi. Air Force Link does not provide printed posters but assistance can be provided in acquiring posters through your servicing DAPS. A PDF version for printing on office printers is also available. Requests can be made to art@afnews.af.mil. Please specify the title and number.
However, you need to learn a bit about posting images here and refrain from posting 3.5 Megabyte images, which can blow away those with lower bandwidth connections.
If you must, download the poster to your computer, reduce it to size, change to 72 dpi (ppi) and compress its size (pref. under 50K) so it will load quickly. Then upload to a free hosting site or similar, and then link to that.
Or find a lower rez, smaller file or thumbnail of the same thing and then link to that smaller pic.
Again, I support your idea, it's just very rude to post multi-megabyte pix on forums/boards like this. It doesn't take anytime at all to learn how to be considerate and do it the right way.
Here's an article that might 'splain the need for 'netiquette for you.
