Today's Sunday edition had the "special" primary section in which all candidates were allowed to place a picture, give biographical info and state in their own words(limited space)a brief blurb about their political philosophy. There was no editorial content. Let me see if you can guess which "genius" candidate "declined" to submit any information? This candidate was the only candidate who failed to provide info published free of charge by the paper and which will be read by the voting public of PBC.
