Is this not the famous "wall" in action ? CIA & FBI forbidden to collaborate ? Exactly. Thank you Democrats AND Republicans.
The wall was erected by Jamie Gorelick, clinton department of justice staffer and (inexplicably) key member of the so-called 9-11 Commission. The Republicans had nothing to do with putting that wall in place, and until after 9-11 happened any attempt to tear down that idiotic wall would have been met with derision from "privacy advocates".

The Wall was to keep the intel that was on the Clintons from spreading until Vince Foster got to the NSA to delete them. Hillary carried those files out of Vince's office with Maggie Williams at Vince's death before the SS adn FBI could go into the office.

The 'wall' was there before Gorelick. She reinforced the wall, made it higher and then stood guard.
Protecting that lying ba$tard of a president at the time.
