Not all profanity on broadcast TV has been ruled indecent by the FCC. When viewers complained to the agency about ABC’s airing of the profanities in the movie Saving Private Ryan, the FCC found that they weren’t indecent because of their context. Why don't we wait and see what the local affiliates will do? They may do the bleeping the parent company won't do.

The FCC isn't going to do jack about this.

If they are not going to do anything, then their new rules will be challenged by every other network who will also want to air profanity. Which will send us back to where we were. Once you open the door a little...
