Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, standing outside an abandoned knitting mill that will become the new home of the National Women's Hall of Fame, said Thursday she hopes America is ready for its first woman president. "It just depends on when and if that happens," the former first lady said. "Stay tuned."Please FReepmail me if you want on or off my miscellaneous ping list.

Pity anyone who gets between her and the Dem nomination. That is definitely no-man's land, and it could be deadly ground.

If anyone can motivate the Republican base, It's Mrs. Bill Clinton.
The democrats haven't seen anything yet!

Hillary thinks a woman President is a good idea only if she is that woman. Hillary can't hold a candle to the best world leaders who were/are women. Margaret Thatcher, Golda Meir, Indira Gandhi just to name a few. These women had integrity, strength, ethics and could answer a question. Hillary's 'listening' tour won't fly in the rest of the country. She has no ethics, no integrity and she has NO political acumen. Run, Hillary, run.

Fox News ^ | 8/31/06 NEW YORK Just over half of Americans believe Sen. Hillary Clinton is prepared to be the first female president of the United States, according to a new FOX News poll. In addition, Clinton is the preferred choice of Democratic voters for their partys 2008 presidential nominee; on the Republican side, former NY Mayor Rudy Giuliani barely edges out Ariz. Sen. John McCain for frontrunner billing. Opinion Dynamics Corporation conducted the national telephone poll of 900 registered voters for FOX News from August 29 to August 30. The poll has a 3-point error margin. A slim 51-percent majority of voters... |
